This program is 16 pages with hacks and workouts perfect fro your pregnancy journey. A gym is required at this time for this program.

*** Kaylee Ullom has a bachelors in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer through NASM Accredited Certified Personal Training. She has acquired knowledge regarding exercises and nutrition whilst pregnant based on recent experience and through science driven research. If you are pregnant please take program in to be revised by your current OBGYN/physician. If you have not been currently training prior to pregnancy please do not complete this program unless you have the okay from your physician. Every woman will be starting at a different training level and every woman's pregnancy WILL be different. Included is a wealthy amount of info to help guide you through your fit pregnancy journey.
