In this program I will have 8 weeks of workouts (4 weeks repeated), new #fullbodyfriday every friday, tips and tricks, weekly calendar layout, weekly goals, nutrition info (nothing too in-depth), and demonstration videos at the very end in alphabetic order. As far as equipment needed, you will need the following: long resistance band (heavy), glute loop, a pair of dumbbells (two pairs if you want to have a heavier set for legs), yoga mat and kettle bell (optional). All of these items you can find on amazon/target/tj maxx for a reasonable price (Nect page will go into more detail). Super excited about this program, can’t wait to start this journey with you!
